• How do I place my order?

    Ordering can be done online or by emails to Volley King, LLC Customer Contacts. Please verify the accuracy of your order particularly as to shipping instructions, model number, quantities and color. Customers are responsible for shipment charges.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Volley King, LLC will accept the authorized return of all standard products for any reason within 30 days of shipment. The product must be unused and in an unused condition. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.   The customer is responsible for the original shipping and return shipping cost.

  • Do you provide tracking information?

    We make every attempt to ship domestic orders within 3 to 5 business days. We mainly ship via FedEx and UPS. Once your item has shipped, we will provide you with an email to track your order.

  • Do you offer wholesale?

    At this time, we do not offer wholesale. Please contact us at support@volleyking.com for bulk orders.

  • My order never arrived?
