Limited Warranty
Volley King, LLC warrants all products on this website against defects in workmanship and material for one year, from the invoice date, unless otherwise noted on the website. Normal wear and tear or other causes that do not affect functional use are not covered by this warranty. We DO NOT warrant the product's safe and useful life to be greater than five years.
The warranty is voided by any alterations or modifications of the product. Volley King, LLC reserves the right to repair, replace or refund, as appropriate. Volley King, LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any nature.
All warranties are valid only when the product is used as intended and assembled in accordance with the instructions. If instructions are not provided, please call Volley King, LLC for a copy.

PAYMENT TERMS
All orders are subject to credit approval. Payment terms are negotiable for schools and non-profit organizations. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card, debit card, PayPal, Zelle, Stripe etc.
ORDERING
Ordering can be done online or by emails to Volley King, LLC Customer Contacts. Please verify the accuracy of your order particularly as to shipping instructions, model number, quantities and color. Customers are responsible for shipment charges.
SHIPPING
We make every attempt to ship domestic orders without 3 to 5 business days. We mainly ship via FedEx and UPS. For information regarding the shipping practices of Fedex and UPS, we invite you to learn more at their websites.
RETURNS
Volley King, LLC will accept the authorized return of all standard products for any reason within 30 days of shipment. The product must be unused and in an unused condition. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. The customer is responsible for the original shipping and return shipping cost. We recommend shipping your return with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
Include a copy of your Packing Slip with your reason for return.

Inaccurate use and inappropriate activities carry the risk of injury to the participants. Improperly maintained equipment and inadequately supervised use are significant contributing factors.
